Our Refund Commitment

At Parsus, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. If you're not happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund policy to ensure your peace of mind.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new paid subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with Parsus within the first 14 days of your paid subscription, you can request a full refund—no questions asked.

Eligibility for Refunds

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You request the refund within 14 days of your initial purchase
  • This is your first refund request for a Parsus subscription
  • You have not previously received a refund for a Parsus subscription

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Send an email to support@parsus.app
  2. Include the email address associated with your account
  3. Briefly explain why you're requesting a refund (optional, but helps us improve)

We will process your refund within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

After the 14-Day Period

After the 14-day guarantee period, we do not offer refunds for the current billing period. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

EU Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving any reason (cooling-off period). This right of withdrawal is provided in addition to our standard refund policy. Note that by using our digital service immediately upon purchase, you may waive this right of withdrawal if explicitly agreed at checkout.

Cancellation vs. Refund

There's a difference between cancellation and refund:

  • Cancellation: Stops future billing. You keep access until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refund: Returns the money you paid. Your paid subscription access ends immediately upon refund approval.

Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions, the 14-day money-back guarantee still applies. After 14 days, if you wish to cancel, you will not receive a partial refund for unused months. You will retain access to the service until your annual subscription period ends.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you believe you have a special situation that warrants a refund outside of our standard policy, please contact us at support@parsus.app. We review such requests on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to find a fair resolution.
